Returns

What is your return policy?
Please choose carefully as we do not operate a refund or exchange policy for ‘change of mind’ returns.

In the unlikely event that you receive the incorrect print or that your print arrives damaged, please email us at info@contemporaryeditions.com.au to arrange a refund or replacement (subject to availability). Enquiries regarding returns must be made within 2 days from the date your print was delivered.

Please ensure that you keep all original packaging. The return of incorrect, damaged or faulty items (including all original packaging materials and the certificate of authenticity) will be arranged at the expense of Contemporary Editions.

Refunds will be issued after the goods have been returned to us. Refunds will only be applied to the credit card or account used for the original transaction.

Please note that returns cannot be accepted for works that have been damaged after delivery due to misuse or failure to take due and reasonable care. It is important to ensure that any handling does not cause damage to your work–avoid touching the print directly as oils and dirt from your hands can damage the artwork and rough treatment can scratch and harm the pigment.
