HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
Each print is carefully wrapped in acid-free paper and packaged in a sturdy tube to protect against damage in transit. All orders are delivered by a door-to-door courier.
Please check your shipping address details carefully. Contemporary Editions accepts no responsibility for any lost or delayed deliveries due to incorrect address information.
WHEN WILL MY WORK SHIP?
Prints are dispatched within 14 business days of your order date (and often sooner). As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can check the status of your package and the estimated delivery date online by using the tracking number.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days from dispatch date.

DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS SHIPPING?
Express shipping can be arranged. If you require urgent delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to ensure that your order arrives in time.
DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY PACKAGE?
All packages must be signed for upon delivery. If nobody is at home at the time of delivery, you will receive a card notifying you of the missed delivery and the parcel will be delivered to the local Australia Post office for collection. To avoid delay and inconvenience, please include a delivery address where someone is in attendance during business hours.
IS INSURANCE INCLUDED WITH SHIPPING COSTS?
Yes, full insurance is included for all shipments.
WHICH COUNTRIES DOES CONTEMPORARY EDITIONS SHIP TO?
Contemporary Editions ships worldwide. Please contact us about shipping information for orders outside of Australia.
International buyers: Please note that any applicable import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are not included in the print price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER IN PERSON?
Orders are not available to be picked up in person. However, we offer complimentary shipping for all orders delivered within Australia.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?
We ensure that each print is packaged carefully in our custom-made Contemporary Editions tube to protect the work in transit. In the rare and unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours to arrange a refund or replacement (subject to availability).
The return of damaged items including all original packaging will be arranged at the expense of Contemporary Editions.
